Things to do before our arrival:
Communication - No one knows your home's needs better than you. Please advise us about
particular concerns and special needs.
Cooperation - Spending time to pick up toys, clear counters and floor space, and guessing where
items need to be stored are time robbers. We ask that this type of situation be limited.
Pets - Please take the proper precautions necessary for the safety of the pet and our Cleaning
Technician.
Security - When entrusted with codes and/or keys, please leave a forwarding phone number for
us to contact when we finish our cleaning and when you will not be present.
Payment - Unless prior arrangement have been made, payment for services rendered is expected
on the same day of service.
Feedback - Good or bad, we truly want your feedback and a second chance to correct a situation if
one occurs.
